With over 20 years of corporate HR experience, I specialize in helping people and organizations navigate tough situations, from employee relations and investigations to conflict resolution and strategy.

My strength is seeing what others might miss. Whether I’m guiding a mediation, identifying risk in an investigation, or developing fair compensation strategies, I combine insight with action to help teams move forward. I’m a trained mediator and hold my PHR certification, and I’m known for being intuitive, thorough, and grounded in solutions that actually work.
